Quality and Timeliness: Freelancers are expected to complete tasks according to the instructions provided and within the specified time frame.

Honesty: Submissions must be accurate and genuine. Any form of dishonesty, including fake data or misleading results, is strictly prohibited.
Clarity of Tasks: Job posters must provide clear, detailed instructions to ensure tasks can be completed efficiently.
Fair Compensation: Payment offered for tasks should reflect the effort and time required to complete them.
Approval of Submissions: Review and approve completed tasks promptly, ensuring freelancers are compensated for satisfactory work.
Posting or completing jobs related to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

In the case of disputes between freelancers and job posters, QuickGigz provides a mediation process to resolve issues fairly. Both parties are encouraged to cooperate during the resolution process.

At QuickGigz, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent platform. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed and the steps you can take if you believe a refund is warranted.
Non-Delivery: If a freelancer fails to deliver the task according to the agreed terms and time frame, job posters may be eligible for a refund.
Non-Conformance: If the completed task does not match the job description or agreed-upon quality standards, job posters may request a reevaluation or a refund.
Duplicate Charges: In the event of accidental duplicate charges or system errors, the excess amount will be refunded.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your job ID, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.
All refund requests must be submitted within a specific time frame (7 days) from the task completion date.
Refunded account must be tally with registration name in our platform.
Once a refund request is received, our team will investigate and determine eligibility based on the guidelines set forth in this policy.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds are not applicable for disputes related to minor errors or subjective interpretations of task quality.
Refunds will not be issued for tasks that were completed as described but did not meet the poster's expectations due to reasons outside the freelancer's control.
